- The product must be refunded in certain conditions and within 14 days.

- Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Exchange Window: Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Cancellation Policy
Kindly note that if you choose to cancel your order after it has been shipped, cancellation fees will be calculated based on your location.
For Customized orders
- We need a Deposit to confirm your order.
- Deposits cannot be less than 15% of the total value of the order.
- In case of cancellation, your order is not shipped yet! Deposit is fully refundable
- In case of cancellation of your order and the order is already shipped!
Shipping fees will be deducted from deposit
