  • The product must be refunded in certain conditions and within 14 days.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • Exchange Window: Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Approval: Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.
Cancellation Policy
  • Kindly note that if you choose to cancel your order after it has been shipped, cancellation fees will be calculated based on your location.

For Customized orders
  • We need a Deposit to confirm your order.
  • Deposits cannot be less than 15% of the total value of the order.
  • In case of cancellation, your order is not  shipped yet! Deposit is fully refundable
  • In case of cancellation of your order and the order is already shipped!
  • Shipping fees will be deducted from deposit
